Cary Ann Smith, 41, of Galveston, passed away on August 23, 2019. She was born August 17, 1978 in Greencastle, Indiana to Gary Smith and Vicky (Mondary) Price.

Surviving family include her children, Caleb and Sidney Phillips both of Galveston. Sister, Heather Quinnette and brother Jeremy Smith. She is preceded in death by her father, Gary Smith, grandfathers, Harry Smith, Jack Feeney and great grandmother, Edna Stewally.
