I just learned of Dorothy's passing today. I'm so sad... What a beautiful and special lady! Dorothy and my dad dated for many years and she was like a mother to me. We spent a long weekend in Vegas in 1990 and I have never had so much fun with anyone. A year ago I talked with Dorothy on the phone so she could say goodbye to my dad. He was close to death and they reminisced and shared their love. I will miss you Dorothy! And I send my love and prayers to Mark and all of her grandchildren...

To my Golden Family. She will truly be missed! I wish I could be there to support each and everyone of you but I can't. Dorothy was a wonderful woman and she meant so much to me as a mother in law and an adopted Mom after Jerry passed. My heart is breaking for the loss of her, but she is in a better place. My thoughts and heart go out to each and everyone of you today as you say your final good byes. I love each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart. All of you are still my family until I leave this earth. Love you!

I’m so sorry to hear about Dorthy! She was our neighbor for 13 years when we lived on Garr Street. She made us the best cherry jelly and pies! She was always so friendly and a great neighbor. Praying for her family.
