Gail P. Wright, 57, of Kokomo, died at 2:17 a.m. Sunday, December 10th at his home.  He was born March 19, 1960 in Kokomo to J.C. and Ruth A. (Holmes) Wright.  He married Laurie Womeldorf on June 29, 2001 in Leechburg, PA and she survives.

Gail graduated from Ivy Tech with a degree in computer science.  He enjoyed building and working on computer systems.    He also enjoyed building models, his motorcycles and home brewing specialty beers. He also had a love for history and music.

He is survived by his wife Laurie Wright, Kokomo; sister, Ivanelle (Gary) McDonald, Haleyville, AL; nieces and nephews, Michele Shotts, Lisa McDonald, Kenny (Jessica) McDonald and Phillip Wright.  He is also survived by several great and great great nieces and nephews and cousins; his aunt Oleeane Wright of Galveston, IN and his beloved dogs, Buster and Duke.   He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Dennis and nephew Billy.

Memorial services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, December 15th at Murray Weaver Funeral Home in Galveston with Pastor Charles Riley officiating.  Visitation will take place from 5:00 p.m. until time of services at 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions may be made to your local humane society.  Murray Weaver Funeral Home in Galveston has been entrusted with arrangements. www.murrayweaverfuneralhome.com
