Sondra Sue Raber

Sondra Sue Raber, 79, of Kokomo, went home to be with the Lord at 6:00 a.m. Saturday, June 22, 2019 at Northwoods Village Nursing home in Kokomo.  She was born January 11, 1940 in Miami, Indiana to Lewis B. and Bessie (Franklin) Raber.

Sue worked for Howard Community Hospital for over 30 years in housekeeping.   She enjoyed being a member of the senior citizens group and playing Bingo and Yahtzee.

She is survived by her two siblings, Betty (Bud) Ballew of Kokomo and Larry (Norma) Raber of Warsaw. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, one special niece Bobbie Langley and a special friend, Judy Keagan of Fort Myers, Florida.  She is preceded in death by her parents, and two brothers, Ross and Jerry Raber.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, June 28th  at Murray Weaver Funeral Home in Galveston.  Burial will follow at the Galveston Cemetery.  Visitation will be held from 12 noon until the time of services at 1:00 pm Friday at the funeral home.   Murray Weaver Funeral Home in Galveston has been entrusted with arrangements. www.murrayweaverfuneralhome.com
