Jody K. "Joe" Noel

Jody K. “Joe” Noel, 74, of Galveston, passed away Saturday, October 8, 2022, at his home in Galveston.  He was born October 15, 1947, to James Russell and Mary Margaret (Carey) Noel.

Joe was a 1966 graduate of Lewis Cass High School.   He retired from Delco Electronics in Kokomo with over 35 years’ service.  After retiring from Delco he went to work for the “Original” Treasure Mart in Kokomo.  He loved finding “good deals”, antiquing, McDonald’s cheeseburgers and spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

Surviving family include his two daughters, Dawn Ellen (Bud) Hendricks and Gina Moore (Scott Harper).  Also surviving are his grandchildren, Vienna (Ben) Kraay, Tucker (Chyna) Moore and McKenna (Dominique) Moore; great grandchildren include Wesley, Colton and Logan Kraay.  He is also survived by one brother, Thomas (Beverly) Noel; niece, Bethann Breedlove and great niece, Elizabeth Breedlove, and business partner Elaine Daulton.   Joe is preceded in death by his parents, and  infant brother, Bren T. Noel.
