Marilyn (Barr) Wall

Marilyn Wall, 98, of Kokomo, passed away peacefully with her family by her side, Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at Kokomo Place in Kokomo.  She was born April 25, 1927, in Tipton County, Indiana to Claude E. and Ida B. (Michel) Barr.   She married Robert E. Wall in the Hopewell United Methodist Church in Tipton, and together they were married 68 years.  Bob preceded her in death on July 6, 2018.

Marilyn loved traveling. She and Bob were fortunate to travel all over the world.  She enjoyed cooking, sewing and playing the piano in her younger days.   She was a longtime member of Grace United Methodist Church in Kokomo.

She is survived by her children, Greg (Jan) Wall, Marcia (Tom) Breithaupt, Brent (Susan) Wall and Larry E. (Robin) Wall; grandchildren, Liberty (Ryan) McPartland, Adriene (Scott) Riggle, Nathan (Ashley) Wall, Andrew (Kayla) Wall, Kathryn Wall (Billy Cox), Andrew (Laura) Johanning and Alan Johanning; great-grandchildren, Emily Riggle, Brady DeGuzman, Gretchen Riggle, Hadley McPartland, Alexander Wall, Remi Wall, Abraham Johanning, Samuel Johanning, and Eleanor Johanning.  She is also survived by a nephew, Jerry (Jane) Barr.   Marilyn is preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at Albright Cemetery with Chaplin Steve Claspell officiating. The family would like to extend a special “Thank You” to Kokomo Place and Paradigm Hospice for their excellent care of Marilyn.
