Mary Ann Bagley, 81, of Peru, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru. She was born July 23, 1939 in Pittsburg, PA to Russell and Anna Mae (Patterson) Myers.
Mary Ann was a homemaker. She worked at Treasured Friends Tea Room and later at Blair Ridge. She loved her flowers created beautiful gardens in which she spent time. Another love was spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids. She also loved serving her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Surviving family include her husband, Charles Bagley of Peru; her children, Kevin LaVoncher (Kathy Hrabovsky) of Arlington, TX; and Karen Chester of Mexico, IN. Surviving grandchildren include, Brandy Edwards, Will LaVoncher and Elizabeth Planck. Her great grandchildren, Brylee Edwards, Brenden Edwards and John Planck. She is also survived by siblings, Toni Stauber, Ruth Schmidt, Robert LaVoncher Jr., and Becky Wilds. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Kimbra LaVoncher and brothers, Edward Myers and Raymond Myers.
A celebration of life service will be held at 12 O’clock Noon, Friday, January 8, 2021 at Murray Weaver Funeral Home in Galveston. Visitation will held from 10 – 12. Burial will follow in the Galveston Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
