Obituary
Mary Beth (Easter) Burrows, of Naples, Florida, and formerly of Galveston, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Dec. 1, 2022.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gene Burrows. Mary Beth was born May 12, 1939, in Logansport, Indiana, and was the daughter of the late James and Clara (Mehaffie) Easter.
Mary Beth graduated from Logansport High School in 1957 and attended Ball State University. She worked for PPG Industries in Kokomo, Indiana for 31 years. Mary Beth enjoyed playing golf and bridge, needlepointing, and traveling.
Mary Beth is survived by her sister, Bunny (Easter) Marquardt of Walloon Lake, Michigan, and her brother and his wife, John and Bonnie Easter of Fort Myers, Florida. Also surviving are her Brazilian family, the Simoes; three stepchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Contributions can be made to the American Heart Association, or the National Kidney Foundation. A grave site service will be held at 11 a.m. on April 15, 2023, at the Galveston Cemetery. Arrangements made through Murray Weaver Funeral Home in Galveston.
