Ryan E. Neher

Ryan Edward Neher, 33, of Walton, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, September 19, 2023, in Kokomo.  He was born December 4, 1989, in Yuma, AZ to Daniel E. Neher and Angela N. (Denning) Weber and his loving bonus parents, Stephanie S. (Buffum) Neher, and Raymond D. Weber.

Ryan was an adventurous soul who graduated from Lewis Cass High School in 2009.  Ryan’s humor brought smiles to many faces. He loved to make people smile with his loving and caring heart, always going out of his way to help others. He enjoyed traveling, drawing, skateboarding, fishing, and hanging out with his boys. His world truly revolved around those boys. 

It’s really hard to explain knowing Ryan. Knowing him was like taking a picture of a sunset, you never really get the true beauty without being there.

Surviving family include his parents, Daniel E. (Stephaine) Neher and Angela N. (Raymond) Weber.  His sons, Lennon and Remington, his siblings, AshLeigh Oleson and Tyler (Meg) Neher; his grandparents, Ronald Neher, Monty and Belinda Buffum, Gary Denning, Janet Deem, Raymond Weber Sr. and great grandmother Elizabeth Layman; He is also survived by a niece and nephew, Brielle and Logan. He is preceded in death by one sister, Alicia Weber.
