Tony Brown

Tony Brown, 65, of Walton, passed away at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, August 30, 2025, at Harcourt Terrace in Indianapolis.  He was born July 16, 1960, in Logansport, Indiana to Charles D. and Connie L. (Sprinkle) Brown.  Tony worked in construction most of his life.  He also worked for the town of Walton and was certified at the water treatment plant.

Tony enjoyed fishing and watching NASCAR.  Dale Earnhardt was one of his favorite drivers.  He was a member of the American Legion and the Logansport Moose.

Surviving family include his children, Morgan (Jacob) Mroczkiewicz and Evan Brown; his Grandchildren are Jackson, Zach, Bobby, Keiser, Ruby and June.  He is also survived by two sisters, Cindy (Scott) Marschand and Pam Taylor.  He is preceded in death by his parents and infant daughter Emily.

A celebration of Tony’s life will be held at the Walton American Legion Post #418, 111 Depot St. Walton Indiana on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  Come share a memory or tell a story to remember Tony.   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Walton American Legion Post #418 in Tony’s memory.   Murray Weaver Funeral Home has been entrusted with arrangements. www.murrayweaverfuneralhome.com
