Linda S. Price, 77, of Kokomo, formerly of Walton, went home to be with the Lord at 9:07 p.m. Sunday, October 16, 2016 at Golden Living Sycamore Village in Kokomo.  She was born November 22, 1938 in Lafayette to Walter B. and Mary Alta (Plue) Taylor.   She married Donald L. Price on November 22, 1954.  He preceded her in death on April 1, 2015.

Linda was a homemaker.  She enjoyed making beautiful gardens in her back yard and watching the birds come and enjoy her flowers.  

Surviving family include her daughter, Rhonda and husband Daniel Beagan, Kokomo; two sons, John and Kenny Price both of Nashville, TN.  Other surviving family include her seven grandchildren, Donnie Price III, Breann (Price) Sears, Amber (Price) Lopeman, Kimberly (Beagan) Lemire, Brittany (Beagan) Holden, Justin Price and Jordan Price.  Great grandchildren include Zelda, Lydia, Alexis, Kaillyn, Caleb, Landon, Ava, Jaxon and Khloe.  She is also survived by a brother, Robert (Judy) Tayor of Alabama.   She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Donald, one son Donald Price II,  and brother Jimmy Taylor.

A celebration of life service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 21st at Murray Weaver Funeral Home in Galveston with Pastor Jeff Tinney. Burial will follow at Albright Cemetery in Kokomo.  Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until time of services at 2:00 p.m. friday at the funeral home.   Online condolences may be sent to Linda’s family at www.murrayweaverfuneralhome.com.
