Anita Jean (Hart) Allen, 86, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018, in Dallas, Texas, after a short illness. Known as A.J. to her many friends, she leaves a 66-year interior designing legacy of beauty and warmth.

Anita is survived by her sister, Phyllis Hedrick, Kokomo; her children, Zachary Hart, Dallas, Texas, Tony Hart, Eagle River, Wisconsin, Tadhg Hart, Knoxville, Tennessee, Sean Hart, Mountain Home, Arkansas, Laura Hart Rueter, Dallas, Texas; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
